My teen daughter was in her first car accident and what a blessing it was that a Brothers tow truck was right behind her when it happened. The gentleman were kind enough to stay parked behind her, made sure she got over safely and waited with her until the authorities arrived. She was scared, shaking and not knowing what to do. They created a calmness for her and walked her through what to expect and gave her the assurance, joked with her and assured her that it was going to be okay. They took time to talk with me about the viable damages and help me figure out the next steps were, mind you this is before we even decided to use their services and that guidance was such a gift and helped make this go easily for us. They got her totaled car to their site and offered to take my daughter home, even after confirming they knew it was approx 120 miles away. I was able to meet half way and the owners wife was nice enough to take her, which I felt was most appropriate for my daughter to be with a female. In every interaction that I’ve had with this company, their knowledge, their guidance and above all their extreme kindness has set the bar extremely high. If I can’t be with my daughter in a situation like this, this is the next best thing and I’m abundantly grateful for you. I didn't actually use Brother's roadside services but I had a wonderful experience with one of their operators, Jordan. Today I very suddenly experienced engine troubles while at a stoplight. My car was still able to move but I was forced to move extremely slowly (I was basically moving as fast as I could while still moving at 0mph). By pure coincidence, Jordan saw me moving slowly and with my hazards on and came up behind me. I was able to make my way into a nearby parking lot and he followed me and then pulled up next to me. He rolled down his window and asked if everything was okay because he saw my situation and assumed something was wrong. He told me that when he noticed my hazards and slow movement, he decided to come up behind me and follow me so another driver wouldn't rear end me or otherwise try to harm me. I explained my situation and thanked him for his kindness because it truly made a very stressful situation much better. I didn't end up utilizing this company's services as my dad has a membership with a different company but I greatly appreciated that Jordan saw that I was in trouble and went out of his way to protect me and make sure I was okay. If you choose to use this company, you are in great hands with very kind people!
